Mrs. Diana Mutisya assumed her role on the Board on 1^st October 2021, representing the State Department for University Education & Research. She serves as a member of the Planning, Research, and Resource Mobilisation Committee, as well as the Finance Administration and General-Purpose Committee. Mrs. Mutisya is a Financial Analyst currently employed with the State Department for University Education & Research. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration(Finance option) from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration(Accounting and Finance option) from Kenya Methodist University (KEMU), a Diploma in Information Technology, a Higher Diploma in Human Resources, and has completed the Strategic Leadership Development Programme from the Kenya School of Government (KSG). Additionally, she has undertaken courses in Public Finance Management and Senior Management from KSG. Furthermore, Mrs. Mutisya has completed training in Effective Board & Board Audit Committee and Internal Audit Function from the Institute of Internal Auditor Kenya, as well as an induction program for Public Sector Boards from KSG, and a Board Masterclass from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). She also holds a Certification in Corporate Governance from the Kenya School of Government, along with various other relevant short courses obtained both locally and internationally. With over 40 years of experience in government functions and operations, Mrs. Mutisya brings a wealth of expertise to her role on the Board.

Mrs. Lynne Ngina Nyongesa was appointed as a PS Representative of the National Treasury on 20 May 2022. She currently serves as a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Mrs. Nyongesa is a seasoned professional in the ICT sector and currently holds the position of Director of ICT and Head of the ICT Unit at the National Treasury. Her outstanding leadership in the ICT field has earned her prestigious awards, including the Order of the Grand Warrior (OGW) in Kenya and Presidential recognition for outstanding innovations in the Civil Service. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in spearheading the development and implementation of various groundbreaking ICT systems in the public sector. These include the first Integrated Electronic Government Procurement system (E-GP) at the National Treasury, the pioneering web-based Integrated National Education Management Information System (NEMIS) at the Ministry of Education, and the innovative ICT Online Mineral Cadastre System to streamline the process of mineral identification and concession license applications.

Additionally, Mrs. Nyongesa led the development of the first ICT Implementation Master Plan for the Ministry of Lands, which facilitated the agile automation and digitisation of land-related processes. She also oversaw the creation of the first Online Recruitment and Selection Portal for the Public Service Commission (PSC) of Kenya, earning the commission recognition during the 30th African Association of Public Administration (AAPM) Bronze Award. Furthermore, she played a pivotal role in implementing the Integrated Personnel and Payroll Database (IPPD) System for Government Civil Servants and the Teachers Service Commission Secretariat.

Mrs. Nyongesa holds a master’s degree in Management and Information Systems from the University of Manchester, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Nairobi.
